Dear Caroline,
Please thank all your team for organising, preparing and serving the meal at Laura and Robert's Wedding Celebration Dinner so efficiently last Saturday. Everybody that I spoke to had thoroughly enjoyed the meal, especially the lovely little desserts, and it all made a real contribution to what was a very happy occasion. I know that organising such events do not happen without a lot of hard work and planning so my sincere thanks to you all.
