Hoping you are very well. I just wanted to write to you to say a huge thank you for all your help for our big day last Sunday. The catering was absolutely excellent. Not only that, Will was a most polite man who managed the whole day exceptionally and I want to make sure that your waiting staff are commended. The way they presented the plates en-masse and exited the room with their hands behind their backs was extremely attentive and elegant.

Please do pass on our sincere thanks. The day went far too quickly, of course!!
