Job Description:

As a fast growing prestigious outside caterer we require a team of glass collectors to work at our exclusive venues, Winters Barns and Mount Ephraim and Private Marquees. We require individuals who have a  passion for excellent customer service. Bar experience preferable but not essential for this role.

 

We are appointed sole caterers for 4 stunning venues and approved caterers for many other prestigious venues in Kent, we also provide catering for high end private clients in their houses and marquees. You will provide the highest standard of customer service whilst ensuring the smooth operation of the bar during an event.

 

The successful candidate will be encompassing the following as part of their role:-

 

• Organisation of the bar

• Setting up and closing down the bar

• Collecting used glasses in a busy environment

• Washing and polishing glassware

• Cleaning of the bar area

• Part of an excellent team 

• Opportunity to become trained as a bartender 

 

You will be immaculately presented and able to deliver exceptionally high standards of customer service. You will report to the Bar Manager/ Event Manager on site.

You will be required to have smart black trousers and black non-slip comfortable leather shoes. We will provide a shirt, tie/bow tie and waiters apron. If you match the following criteria, then this position may be for you:-

Applicants with their own vehicle preferred due to some locations of venues and late finishes.
