Job Description:

 

As a fast growing prestigious outside caterer we require Kitchen Porters/Assistants to work at our exclusive venues located in Canterbury, Preston, Faversham, Hythe and surrounding areas including our commercial kitchen in Faversham . We are currently looking for enthusiastic, well presented individuals to join a hard-working, yet fun and energetic company. You get to see fantastic venues in a unique way, be it working at a Wedding Reception, Summer Ball or an Awards Ceremony.

 

We are appointed sole caterers for 4 stunning venues and approved caterers for 5 other prestigious venues in Kent we also provide catering for high end private clients in their houses and marquees.

 

The successful candidate will be encompassing the following as part of their role:-

 

• Ensuring the kitchen and all the equipment is maintained to the highest hygienic standard

• Washing up / loading and unloading dishwasher

• Thorough cleaning of all areas

• Assisting chefs with plating up

• Sweeping and mopping of the floor

• Taking kitchen bins out

• Ad hoc duties

• All training provided

 

You will be required to have smart black trousers and black non-slip comfortable leather shoes. We will provide a black polo shirt and apron. If you match the following criteria, then this position may be for you:-

Applicants with their own vehicle preferred due to some locations of venues and some late finishes
