Hi Scott, Caroline and the Team
Just wanted to say how delighted we were, again, with your wonderful event last Saturday. It's always a concern when one recommends so highly but you have never once failed to impress. I know how pleased the Dixons were with the whole day and the large part you and your team played. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented and the service so efficient and unobtrusive. My only disappointment was that Pip had eaten most of his treacle tart before I had a chance to taste it!
