Thanks very much for this, we’ve filled in the survey and truly hope you all do well in the awards as it’s thoroughly deserved. 

We just wanted to also thank you personally for making our day so special. You were impeccable on the day, making sure Ash and I were always seen to first and making us feel truly special. You smiley, bubbly personality was also so conforming on a day that can be so nerve wracking.  The serving staff are also a credit to the company and your guidance to them clearly showed on the day. Thank you also for saving our monster cake in the heat on Friday, we know it was hugely heavy! 

Thank you so much again, the day wouldn’t have been what it was without you all.
