Hello Bryony,

Andy and I were absolutely delighted with everything that you and your team did. We're still getting compliments on the quality of the food. One friend of Andy's commented that they're more used to vol-au-vents! And the dessert table! That blew our guests away! You really exceeded yourselves with that!



I was very remiss in not thanking you in a speech on the day. For that I am sorry. You were always so calm and helpful and you made me feel like a queen. We will be sending a list of our wonderful services with our thank you cards to all of our guests. And, of course we will be happy to do a glowing review for Scott Anderson, and especially the team we had on the day. 

Thank you is so easy to say, but please believe that it comes from our hearts. Please convey our gratitude to the team. They were truly wonderful.  As were you. 

We wish you every happiness for your future and please do let us know when baby comes along.

Dear Bryony,

We want to thank you, Paul, and your amazing team for the incredible evening of exquisite food and your personal attention to every last detail at our son's wedding at Winter's Barn in April 2025.


It was such a pleasure working with you across the Atlantic. As you can imagine, we were slightly anxious about planning a wedding in another continent, but you always put us at ease, accommodated our every wish, including our special request for lamb vindaloo and tandoori shrimp that Paul researched and created brilliant versions of!


Many of our guests had traveled from the New York area and they were completely blown away by the wedding. One of the memories that guests take away…
