Our feet are nearly back on the ground now after a fabulous honeymoon in Amalfi!
We just wanted to give you some feedback re the catering arrangements at our wedding. After you visited our house (what seems like an age ago) for us to have a trial we must admit to thinking we wouldn''t get the same quality food on the actual day, given the difference in numbers involved! We have both been to big events where the caterers have struggled to this effect. However, we & our guests were delighted with both the quality and the service given on the day. You really run a professional service there, but with a personal touch, and there is nothing that we could say could have been improved. One of our guests runs his own catering company for blue chip clients in the city & he said he was very impressed with the food and service on the day (which is high praise indeed from him!) so please give both your waiting staff & yourselves a huge pat on the back from us.
