Dear Mark,
We wanted to say thank you very much to you and the catering team for making our wedding on Friday go so smoothly. The team were very smart and efficient, which is one reason why we chose Scott Anderson in the first place.
We also wanted to say a special thank you for running the whole day well and keeping calm when we were running late and behind schedule! Also kindly taking on the role of toastmaster and organising a great wedding cake of cheese.
