Dear Caroline and Bryony,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to do this - I wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful event on Saturday.
We had an absolutely amazing night. The service, drinks, canapés and food were all superb. I felt totally relaxed with all the details taken care of. The Tempeh and the curries were so flavoursome. The presentation of the poppadoms on the table looked great. I loved the idea to move the buffet to the adjacent room. The chap who headed up the bar was so courteous and switched on. It was an absolutely brilliant event.
Matt was blown away by the whole night. I have decided that the only way forward is to choose high quality and if I ever need caterers in this area again I will be in touch!
