First, may I apologise for not writing sooner, goodness where does the time go? Working on the theory 'better late than never', we wanted to let you know some of the wonderful compliments we received regarding your unforgettable catering for our daughter's wedding in June. As you know, we had the most perfect day, not least due to your professionalism and attention to detail. We have received many glowing 'thank you' letters and a number of them have mentioned the delicious lamb you served. One friend said that he doesn't think he's ever eaten lamb as tasty and tender in his life before and considering you were catering for 135 in a marquee 'field kitchen' it was even more incredible.
Here are just a few of the written comments : 'The whole day was delightful - the food THE BEST we've ever had at a wedding, it will never get better than that .....!'
Many wrote describing the food as delicious, superb, amazing, outstanding and one guest wrote that she was running out of superlatives! And finally 'The food is something neither of us can fail to mention - it was AMAZING certainly the best lamb we have tasted in a very long while!'
I would also like to say how impressed we were with your staff. The presentation at each table was very well organised. At the tasting day, you told us that you would have the same attention to detail on the wedding day and you more than fulfilled that promise.
Once again many thanks to you both and your team for your professionalism and for ensuring we all had the most enjoyable and stress free day - it was certainly one we will never forget and have no hesitation in recommending you.
