We just wanted to drop you a line and say a big thank-you for all your hard work on Saturday.
The food and service was excellent and I know Scott mentioned a problem with one of the ovens which sounds like a nightmare but rest assured no-one noticed.
Lots of people commented on the food and that quality and professionalism of your serving staff and we very much enjoyed it.
Many thanks for all of your efforts and attention to detail over the last months.
We would be more than happy to recommend you to others and provide you with copies of any relevant photos from Ed (the photographer).
