Good afternoon Caroline,

Just a quick email to thank Anderson caterers so much for the phenomenal job they did at our wedding! I believe we had Paulina with us for the day - she was amazing - she was so un-intrusive and just popped up at exactly the right moment to ask questions and fine tune tiny details in such a way that I wasn't even sure if she had really been there at all!!

Allergies and intolerances were handled perfectly - and Paulina always made sure the bride knew where the gluten free fairground offerings were - and even put some aside for me (my only regret is that I never chased it down and ended up not eating any of the incredible looking fairground food!!)

The food has received such compliments as has the service.

Honestly 10/10, perfect.
