May I thank you for your hard work on Saturday in making Katy and Chris's wedding celebrations such a happy and pleasurable occasion. Everything went off very smoothly and everyone enjoyed the occasion immensely. The room was beautifully arranged, the meal was excellent and service very attentive. Please would you pass on our grateful thanks to all of your team whether "front of house" or behind the scenes, for their efforts in delivering all the catering needs - but also for ensuring that all went so well, particularly in the light of the difficulties presented by the sudden arrival of 8 inches of snow!
