I am writing this letter of thanks on Christmas Day 2007, which is in itself a testament to the wonderful catering service you provided for my son and daughter in law Richard and Louise Jackson on Saturday 22nd December 2007.
The professional manner in which the service was delivered was extremely impressive, the timing, planning and a full understanding of customer requirements enabled a complex process to be delivered in a totally trouble free manner. The outcome was a wedding reception way beyond anything my Wife or I have ever evidenced in our 30 years of marriage.
Also very worthy of mention was the quality of the food served, which was of the highest standard, many of the guests were impressed by what can only be described as First Class.
Third Party Quality Management Auditing for a leading ISO9001 Quality Management System certification body is my profession; I am therefore able to compare your service delivery with other businesses.
Summarising the day:- The Service delivery and quality of food was of the highest standard, delighting both customers and their guests. The outcome was an event which will be remembered by all who attended for many years to come.
