Hi Scott,
Myself and my wife Nicola just wanted to express our thanks to you and your team for making our wedding day so special.
It was an eventful day as you probably are aware, with the arrival of snow that fell on the area throughout the morning, which in turn caused an initial delay with everyone's plans. Your team, especially the catering manager were all very efficient with the food being as good as the day when myself and my partner had our first tasting's back in October, at your kitchens in Brogdale Farm. Your suggestions for the Asian menu were an excellent choice and all that have attended the wedding have commented on how outstanding the quality of the food was.
We wish you all the best and hope you all made it back to your homes safely on a very wintry day!It will definitely be a day to remember by all.
